Shan Trucking is a freight hauling company based in Edmonton, Alberta. We need two (2) Truck Driver Supervisor(s) who can start immediately.
Wage:
$36.50 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Plan routes and schedules and assign loads based on operational priorities and driver availability.
- Monitor driver performance, hours of service, and compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Train new drivers and arrange ongoing training on safety procedures, equipment use, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards, including vehicle inspections and safe driving practices.
- Address operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, or route changes, and implement corrective measures.
- Recommend hiring, discipline, and other personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
- Order and manage necessary materials, fuel, equipment, and supplies to support fleet operations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on driver performance, delivery timelines, fuel usage, and incidents.
- Liaise with dispatch, maintenance teams, and management to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
