Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience- 2 year to less than 3 years
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess daily operations
- Coordinate and arrange daily activities
- Manage and direct staff
- Provide training for employees
- Oversee financial matters or budget
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations
- Develop and enforce policies and standards for the transport and storage of goods
- Negotiate contracts for services and favorable rates
- Supervise the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and cargo
- Monitor the establishment of transportation service rates and track revenue
- Organize and keep inventory records
- Document cargo details, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
