Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Create budget plans and cost projections.
- Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Train employees on their roles, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Ensure that food and services comply with quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Establish work schedules.
- Compile and submit reports.
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys.
