We (Theepan Food Industry Ltd dba Yummy Slice Pizza) are running retail business selling pizzas across various locations in lower mainland in BC. We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Manager for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties would be
- To plan, organize and direct control and evaluate the operations of restaurant, or other food or beverage service,
- Determine type of service to be offered and implement operational procedures,
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training,
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance,
- Control inventory and monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices,
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies,
- Negotiate arrangements with clients,
- Coordinate with franchise for various promotional offers and corporation procedures.
Requirement
Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Education in hospitality is asset Language required is English.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year or more experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required.
What we offer
Salary: $37.00/hr will be given.
Hours of work: Minimum work of 30 to 40 hrs per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
Location : 2582 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5N 4G1. May have to visit other locations.
