Job requirements:-

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job duties:-

  • Prepare and issue invoices.
  • Deliver professional customer service.
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Welcome individuals and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Provide general information to clients and members of the public.
  • Collect and process necessary information to deliver effective customer service.
  • Operate switchboard or telephone systems efficiently.
  • Record, document, and relay information accurately.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments as required.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Carry out administrative duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and relay calls and messages promptly.
  • Coordinate and arrange teleconferences.
  • Provide assistance in emergency situations when necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
