Saab Framing Ltd at 8449 122 street is hiring office manager for Full -Time and permanent position.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Overseeing office operations, streamlining procedures, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly
- Delegating tasks to administrative, sales and other support staff and developing internal communication protocols
- Managing paperwork, keeping inventory stocked, and maintaining digital and physical files
- Establishing and implementing policies to maintain efficiency and order
- Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office and other resources are taken care
- Dealing with complaints, queries, and correspondence
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Address employees query regarding office management issues
Requirements & terms:
Education: Completion of secondary school is usually required.
Experience: Minimum experience of 1 year or more as an Office manager is required.
Wage: $35.00/hr

Work: 30-40 hours per week
