Job Description:
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion.
-Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.
-Ensure food services meeting quality standards.
-Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
-Prepare and submit cost reports. -Supervise and check assembly of food orders.
-Schedule work shifts for employees.
Job requirements:
Languages : English .
Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years .
