Smaksh Enterprises LTD. at 12481-69 Ave in Surrey, BC is hiring Janitorial Service Managers for full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
- Monitor and assess operational performance.
- Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day activities.
- Develop, implement, and enforce staff policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage budgets while controlling inventory levels.
- Coordinate and manage contracts related to advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must be available on weekends.
- Minimum education required is completion of high school.
- Minimum experience of 2 years or more as in janitorial service or similar services at supervisor/manager is required.
Terms:
- Salary: $39.00/hr.
- Language: Must be able to communicate in English.
- Location of work: 12481-69 Ave in Surrey, BC and Work will be at various locations across Lower Mainland.
- Hours of work: Minimum work of 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given. 2 days off per week.
