Job duties:-
- Develop and implement work schedules and operational procedures.
- Coordinate activities with other departments or work units.
- Recruit and train staff in job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
- Prepare, compile, and submit reports.
- Assist clients or guests with special requirements.
- Perform the same duties as the employees being supervised when required.
- Address workplace issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Oversee the coordination, assignment, and evaluation of work.
