Empire Inn and Suites need one (1) Hotel Manager who can start immediately.
Wage: $37.50 per hour for 30 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

Languages: English
Education and work experience:
Secondary school diploma with several years of work experience in the hotel industry or Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage management.

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement hotel policies and standard operating procedures for daily operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide training or coaching as needed.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for room amenities, food and beverage supplies, and other hotel materials.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase occupancy.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Enforce hotel policies to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
- Prepare and implement business plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Create and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all departments.

Staff in various areas of responsibility
