I am looking for one (1) Home Support Worker for our old-aged mother. He/She will be working at our residence in Beaumont, Alberta. It will be a live-out arrangement. At the employee’s discretion, if live-in arrangement is most suitable for the candidate, then free room and board will be provided.
Wage offered:
$20.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Assist with regular physical activity, including walking, light exercise, and mobility support as appropriate.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through respectful conversation, supervision, and daily interaction.
- Assist with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing support, toileting assistance, and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals based on the client’s dietary needs, preferences, and health requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Launder clothing, bedding, towels, and household linens.
- Monitor the client’s general well-being and report any changes in health, behaviour, mobility, or daily functioning to the employer or family members.
- Support the client with daily routines and help maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
