Hotel Ventures Inc dba Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Centre at 526 Mayor Magrath Dr S, in Lethbridge, AB is hiring a Guest Service Supervisor for full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
- Supervises staff members across departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction
- Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Coordinate the activities with other work departments
- Resolve work related problems, prepare the progress/ other reports and then submit it to management
- Hire or train staff job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Ensure the equipment are working properly, arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment
- Maintain and order inventory
- Ensure that health regulations/safety standards/ departmental policies are being followed
Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Minimum education as completion of Secondary School.
Experience: Minimum experience of 7 months or more in relevant field is required.
Job details
Salary: $25.00/hr
Hours of work: 30 to 40 hours per week
Overtime: After 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
