Job requirements:-

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train

Job duties:-

  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
  • Carry out light housekeeping and basic cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Register arriving guests and allocate appropriate rooms.
  • Offer general information about local attractions and points of interest.
  • Provide detailed information regarding hotel facilities and services.
  • Manage group check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle room reservations, including booking, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Process guest departures, prepare billing statements, and collect payments.
  • Adhere to established emergency and safety protocols.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Answer incoming calls and relay messages promptly and accurately.
  • Arrange and deliver wake-up calls as requested by guests.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
