Job duties & responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate staff activities who prepare and portion food
- Recruit staff and ensure safety measures to be followed by everyone
- Make work schedule
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Supervise all assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act
