Salary: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Tasks
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check the assembly of trays
• Establish work schedules
Supervision: 3-4 people
