1546697 BC LTD dba Ustaad G76 Victoria at 1015 Fort St, Victoria, BC V8V 3Z9 is hiring a Food Service Supervisor for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties would be
• To supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service staff,
• Ensure that the staff preparing food is following standard procedures,
• Ensure food meet the quality standards,
• Attend customer complaints resolve any complaints arising out of service,
• Maintain records such as, repairs, sales, wastage etc. during the shift,
• Participate in health and other franchisor inspections,
• Train food service staff.
• Ensure all the equipment are in good working condition,
• Maintain hygiene and keep the store clean as per standard.
Requirement
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Language required is English.
Experience: Minimum of 7 months or more experience in the food service sector is required.
What we offer
Salary: $21.50/hr will be given.
Hours of work: Minimum work of 30 to 40 hrs per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
Location: 1015 Fort St, Victoria, BC V8V 3Z9.
