Salary: $18.50 to $19.50 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full-time/ 32 to 40 hours per week/ *Part-timers are welcome*
Employment conditions: Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Morning, Weekend

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Tasks
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check the assembly of trays
Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Supervision: 3-4 people
