Salary: 19.00 to 20.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment/ Full time/ 32.00 to 40.00 hours per week/* Part-time is welcome*

Tasks
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Supervision: 3-4 people
