Wages:
$36.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience:
Several years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required.
Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility

Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of employees involved in the processing, packaging, testing, and grading of food and beverage products.
- Develop and implement work procedures to ensure production schedules are met and coordinate operations with other departments as required.
- Identify operational issues, address workflow challenges, and recommend corrective actions to enhance efficiency, product quality, and compliance with standards.
- Order and manage inventory of raw materials, packaging supplies, and production-related resources.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, workplace safety practices, and company policies.
- Participate in staffing decisions, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and maintain production records, operational reports, and performance documentation.
