Job duties:
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Prepare take-out food for packaging.
- Fill bus pans and trays.
- Use dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Store dishes in the designated storage area.
- Manually clean and sanitize dishes and other items.
- Measure and wrap food portions.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and shine floors
- Cook, heat, and finalize simple food preparations.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
- Take orders from customers.
- Accept, unpack, and neatly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, and other storage spaces.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and trash.
- Deliver sanitized dishes, utensils, and various items to serving stations and arrange tables.
