Job Description

Take Customer’s orders

Clean, peel, trim food stuffs using manual and electric appliances.

Use deep fryer, oven, grill and dispensers and other equipment to prepare fast foods items.

Portion, assemble and wrap food or place it directly on the plate for service to patrons and package take out food.

Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as tea and coffee specialties.

Serve customers at counter or buffet tables.

Stock Refrigerators and Salad Bars and keep records of quantity of foods to be used.

May receive payments for food items purchased.
