Job duties:-
• Create menus and calculate the necessary food quantities for their execution.
• Cook and prepare either full meals or specific dishes and items.
• Evaluate kitchens and food service environments.
• Assess the dimensions of food portions and their prices.
• Sanitize kitchen and workspaces.
• Prepare meals for clients with dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Instruct personnel in food preparation, cooking techniques and safe handling practices.
• Procure necessary supplies and equipment.
• Keep track of inventory and documentation related to food, supplies, and equipment.
