Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures.
• Assess the quantity of food servings and associated expenses.
• Sanitize kitchen and work areas.
• Design menus and calculate the food needed for implementation.
• Create and cook full meals or standalone dishes and foods.
• Make dishes suitable for clients with food sensitivities or intolerances.
• Examine kitchens and food service environments.
• Purchase supplies and equipment.
• Manage inventory and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment.
