Best Look Finishing Ltd at 14591 76 Avenue, Surrey, BC is hiring Carpenter Supervisor for Full -Time and permanent position.
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of exterior or finishing carpenters in residential, and commercial buildings;
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of carpenters, providing guidance, direction, and motivation.
- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
- Train or arrange for training of workers
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Order, track, and manage materials and supplies for projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use
Requirements & terms:
Education: Minimum education completion of high school is required
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 or more years as a carpenter is required.
Wage: $38.50/hr
Language: English
Work: 30-40 hours per week
Location: 14591 76 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3S 2G8 and work will be at various locations across lower mainland.
