Shan Construction Services Ltd is looking for four (4) Carpenters who can start immediately. Applicants must be willing to work in various locations in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Wages:
$36.00 per hour for 30 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time

Job Duties:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specification and calculate requirements; Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools; Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials; Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems; Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware; Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in residential and commercial buildings.
