Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties:-
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day operations and Conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Prepare cash balances and finalize balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation.
- Create a budget to assess expenses for food, ingredients, beverages, and supplies for both the kitchen and cleaning.
- Track income to evaluate labor costs.
- Implement provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
- Adjust food preparation techniques and menu pricing in line with the restaurant’s budget.
- Establish work schedules for staff, Oversee staff performance and Assess daily operational activities.
