We are looking for one (1) Administrative Officer who can start immediately.
Wage:
$36.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement administrative systems specific to auto repair operations, including work order tracking, parts inventory control, and service scheduling.
- Evaluate and improve shop administrative procedures to enhance workflow efficiency and customer service.
- Assign and oversee tasks performed by office and service desk staff, ensuring accurate documentation of repair jobs and timely customer communication.
- Set daily priorities to align administrative functions with shop repair schedules and deadlines.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations such as billing, vendor coordination, and maintenance of service records.
- Train new administrative and front-desk staff on company procedures, customer management software, and safety policies.
- Supervise and coordinate office support activities, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Plan, monitor, and control administrative budgets, including office supplies, maintenance contracts, and payroll expenses.
