Work location and business address: 200 Mountainview Dr, McCreary, Manitoba R0J 1B0. On-site work in a restaurant and hotel in a rural community; remote work is not available.
Terms: Permanent, full-time employment; 30 hours per week; $18.00 per hour. Start as soon as possible. Language of work: English.
Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of cooking experience.
Duties:
– Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes and foods.
– Plan menus and estimate food requirements.
– Determine food portion sizes and costs.
– Requisition food and kitchen supplies; order supplies and equipment.
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
– Clean kitchen and work areas.
– Manage kitchen operations.
