GS Granite Outlet Ltd at 275 Debaets St, Suite 4, Winnipeg, MB is hiring Store Manager for full-time
and permanent position.
Duties would be
• To plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishment,
• Analyze market requirements and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors operations on sales,
• Determine, implement price changes, and credit policies,
• Develop and implement marketing strategies,
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues to ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Source and negotiate with vendors to procure products for resale
• Manage staff and assign duties,
• Resolve customer complaints,
• Determine staff requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
Education: Minimum education requirement is completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum experience of 1 year or more as warehouse supervisor or 2 years or
more as warehouse worker is required.
Language required is English.
Minimum work of 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given. May need to work in evening and weekends.

Salary of $39.00/hr will be given.
