Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control bakery production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing of baked goods.
- Develop production plans and schedules to optimize the use of ingredients, labour, equipment, and resources to meet production targets.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory of raw materials and finished products, and production reporting procedures.
- Implement improvements to bakery machinery, production processes, and work methods to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Establish quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company requirements.
- Schedule maintenance of bakery equipment and recommend repairs or replacements when required.
- Hire, supervise, and train bakery production staff on equipment operation, production techniques, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Education: College program in business is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisor or manager level in food production is required.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Wage: $54.50/hr
