Job duties:-
- Execute administrative functions of the organization
- Assist with creating the operating budget and manage inventory and budget controls
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes
- Assess and evaluate new administrative processes
- Assign tasks to office support personnel and monitor performance
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Organize and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Address and resolve conflict situations and Manage payroll administration
- Plan and oversee budget and spending
