Job duties and responsibilities:
- Appoint middle managers, directors and executive personnel, delegate appropriate authority and foster effective working conditions.
- Define organizational goals and develop, approve or implement policies and programs to achieve them.
- Authorize and oversee the establishment of major departments and the appointment of senior leadership roles.
- Allocate financial, human and material resources to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
- Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions and departments.
- Act as the organization’s representative, or appoint delegates, in negotiations and official engagements.
