Job duties:-
- Create menus and calculate the necessary food quantities for their execution.
- Cook and prepare either full meals or specific dishes and items.
- Evaluate kitchens and food service environments.
- Assess the dimensions of food portions and their prices.
- Sanitize kitchen and workspaces.
- Prepare meals for clients with dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Instruct personnel in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe handling practices.
- Procure necessary supplies and equipment.
- Keep track of inventory and documentation related to food, supplies, and equipment.
