Job duties:
- Take orders from customers and prepare take-out food for packaging.
- Use dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils and manually clean and sanitize dishes and other items.
- Deliver sanitized dishes, utensils, and various items to serving stations and arrange tables.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Measure and wrap food portions and store dishes in the designated storage area.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and shine floors and dispose of kitchen waste and trash.
- Cook, heat, and finalize simple food preparations.
- Accept, unpack, and neatly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, and other storage spaces.
