Royal Villa Homes & Construction Ltd is looking for one (1) Construction Site Supervisor who can start immediately. Applicants must be willing to work in various locations in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Wages:
$37.00 per hour for 30 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full-Time

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, site logs, and production updates for management review.
- Plan, schedule, and assign work to tradespersons, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide site operations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Estimate labour, material, and equipment requirements and monitor usage to control costs.
- Requisition and manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards and enforce site safety protocols.
- Inspect work in progress and completed tasks to ensure quality control and adherence to building codes.
- Train workers or arrange for training to improve skills, safety awareness, and productivity.
- Recommend hiring, promotion, or disciplinary actions based on worker performance.
- Set up and oversee the use of construction equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operation.
- Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance and direction to team members.
