Canadian Professional Cleaning needs two (2) Cleaning Services Managers to fulfill the needs of our business.
Wage:
$36.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours a week

Job Duties:
- Direct and oversee daily janitorial operations across multiple client sites to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing operations, including staff performance, cleaning outcomes, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and periodic cleaning activities, including staffing allocations, supply management, and site coverage.
- Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety guidelines for all cleaning personnel.
- Support business development by coordinating service contracts, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with marketing and service promotion initiatives.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff; conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and service issues; implement corrective actions to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Supervision:
3 – 4 people
