We need one (1) Shift Manager who can start immediately. Our business location is in Camrose, Alberta.
Wage: $19.00 per hour for 30 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast paced environment; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods.

Job Duties:
- Supervise, direct, and co-ordinate activities of food counter attendants and cashiers.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Ensure that food and service meet franchise standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain minimum stock levels for day-to-day operations.
- Order inventory from our designated suppliers.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure health and safety regulations as designated by the franchise are followed.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines of Food Handling Permit issued by the Alberta Health Services
- Prepare reports as per franchise specifications.
Work Setting: Fast food outlet
Workers Supervise: Food service counter attendants and food prepares.
