MG Maintenance is looking for one (1) Cleaning Service Manager who can start immediately.
Wages:
$36.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
Permanent; Full Time

Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of cleaning services to ensure quality standards and client requirements are consistently met.
- Monitor and evaluate daily cleaning activities, staff performance, and service outcomes to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Plan, schedule, and organize daily cleaning operations, including staff assignments, work priorities, and resource allocation.
- Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards for cleaning staff
- Manage service contracts and support business development initiatives, including client retention, promotions, and marketing strategies related to cleaning services.
Respond to and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and service concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
Supervision:
3 to 4 people
