Vatika Aqua Cuisine Restaurant and Sweets specialize in Indian and Italian fusion. We are looking for two (2) Restaurant Managers who can start immediately.
Wage:
$36.00 per hour for 30 – 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

English
Education:
Secondary School certificate
Work Experience:
2 to 3 years experience with some at Supervisor level
or
Lesser Experience will be considered if completed diploma, certificate or training programs related to hospitality or Food and beverage service management.

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our restaurant.
- Implement operational procedures.
- Hire staff, provide training, or arrange for training
- Work with supervisor(s) to set shifts and oversee staff activities
- Order inventory from designated suppliers.
- Take responsibility of the business performance of location
- Implement marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
- Resolve complaints from customers and staff.
- Ensure terms and conditions of Food Handling permit are being followed by staff.
- Organize catering for special events or orders.
- Analyze and plan company’s sales level and profitability.
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week including staff control, food control and sales.
- Adjust food preparation techniques and menu pricing in alignment with the restaurant’s budgetary considerations
