Natu’oil Services Inc at Unit #2150, 550 Sherling Pl in Port Coquitlam, BC is hiring a Wholesale Trade Manager for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall sales strategies and operations of the wholesale division
- Analyze current market trends and customer requirements to forecast demand and identify new sales opportunities; monitor competitor activities
- Develop and implement effective pricing structures and credit policies in line with company goals,
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
- Plan departmental budgets, authorize spending, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients
- Source new products and negotiate procurement terms with suppliers and vendors, both locally and internationally
- Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance; assign duties and schedules accordingly
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years or more in retail sales/wholesale at supervisor/manager level is required.
Language: English is required
Terms:
Wage: $ 45.00 per hour
Work: Minimum 30 to 40 hours per week, along with 2 days off per week
