Wage: $36.50 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Language: English
Education:
Completion of a two- to three-year college program in architectural technology or related subject.
Experience:
Some supervised work experience
Job Duties:
- Develop and refine detailed three-dimensional (3D) models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Review, interpret, and analyze technical documents, specifications, and reports.
- Prepare accurate working drawings and construction documents to support project delivery.
- Build architectural, structural, and display models for design visualization and presentations.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to assist in design development and project coordination.
Computer and Technology knowledge:
AutoCad; Autodesk Revit; MS outlook; Ms Word; Computer-aided design (CAD)
Area of work experience: Design
Architectural Specialization:
Commercial and/or industrial construction; Renovation; Residential construction
