Job Description:
– Coordinate, assign, supervise and review activities of workers.
– Prepare and submit progress and other reports.
– Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
– Assist the front office team in making reservations and answers incoming telephone calls.
– Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
– To maintain effective communication between the different department managers and service workers.
– Handle emergency situations.
– Requisition supplies and materials.
– Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
– Lead staff meetings and evaluations, including setting standards and training new hires.
Job Requirements:
Languages: English.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
