Description:
We are specialized in making High-Quality Railings and Gates. We manufacture aluminum railings, glass railing, manual/automatic gates, fences, patio cover, sunrooms, and security bars etc. We are looking for an individual that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- To supervise and coordinate the activities of various workers involved in manufacturing.
- Ensure production deadlines are met as required,
- Schedule the workers to increase product efficiency,
- Resolve work related issues,
- Apply methods to improve the production,
- Maintain appropriate inventory required for production projects,
- Request supplies to be used,
- Schedule machinery maintenance as required.
- Prepare production report,
- Train workers in safety procedures, and company policies,
- Recommend manpower requirement as per workload.
Requirements:
- Minimum education as completion of high school is required.
- Language required is English.
- Minimum experience of 2 Years or more in production department is required.
Terms:
- Wage: $30.00/Hour
- Full time: Minimum work of 30 to 40 Hours/week. 2 Days off per week
- Overtime: will be paid if any after work of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
