RSM Holdings Ltd. dba Quality INN at 1860 Rogers Place, in Kamloops, BC is hiring a Front Desk Hotel Clerks for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Register guests collecting necessary information.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Minimum education as completion of Secondary School.
Experience: Previous experience in related field would be an asset, on job training will be provided.
Job details
Salary: $17.50/hr for 30 to 40 hours per week
Overtime: After 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
