Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Ensure food service and quality control. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules. Do other related job duties as the workers supervised
