Duties would be to supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensure food meet the quality standards, attend customer complaints resolve any complaints arising out of service, record waste and food consumption during the shift, train staff in foodservice, ensure that the staff preparing food is following standard procedures, maintain hygiene and keep the restaurant clean as per standard, participate in health and other franchisor inspections. Experience of 7 months or more in the food industry is required. Programs related to hospitality management would be an asset. Education minimum high school is required. Language required is English. Must be available evenings and weekends. Salary would be $20.50/hr. Minimum work of 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given. 2 days off per week. Overtime will be paid if any.
