Job Description

Tasks :

  1. Preparing menu items to A&W recipes like makingPlater breakfast , burgers, fries, strips, etc.
  2. Peel, Wash and cut the onions for onion rings and prepare the batter for onion rings and arrange them in containers as per the par levels.
  3. Prepare the seasoning mix and season the patty, cookfresh eggs,hashbrowns,bacon on flat grill.
  4. Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning requirements.
  5. Following food safety regulations and completing Food Safety checklists.Cleaning and maintaining facility and equipment, paying special attention to kitchen andfood preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
  6. Ensuring that we have enough prep for the day ,Operating cooking equipment such as grills and fryers also Filtering fryers, Cleaning the hoods and dishes.Receiving stock and arrange them at the designate locations.
