2306858 Alberta Ltd. dba Fraserview Meats at 2355 17 Street NW in Edmonton, AB is hiring retail butchers. The position is full time and permanent. Duties would be:
- Cut, trim, clean and prepare the different meats in standard pieces for retail.
- Grind and slice the meat according to customer requirement
- Marinate the meat with traditional spices for retail sale.
- Display the meat in a showcase for sale.
- Keep record of sales and maintain inventory as per requirement
- Ensure Safe and hygienic storage of meat products
- Maintain freshness of different meats.
Requirements:
Minimum education required is completion of secondary school.
Minimum experience of 7 months or more as a meat cutter is required, and on job training will be provided.
Language required: English
Terms:
Salary : $ 21.00/hour.
Hours of Work: minimum work of 35 hrs to 40 hrs per week will be given along with two days off per week.
Must be available on evenings and weekends.
