We need one (1) Assistant Restaurant Manager who can start immediately. We are in Edmonton, Alberta
Wage:
$21.75 per hour for 40 hours per week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Secondary School certificate
Work Experience:
3 – 5-year experience with some at Supervisor level
or
Lesser Experience will be considered if completed diploma, certificate or training programs related to hospitality or Food and beverage service management.
Budgetary Responsibility:
Up to maximum of $100,000

Job Duties:
Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Recruit, train and supervise staff; Participate in marketing plans and implementation; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Provide customer service; Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; Conduct performance reviews; Organize and maintain inventory
