Salary: $31.00 / hour for 37.5 hours / week

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of a two- to three-year college/university program in architectural technology or a related subject is required.
Experience: Minimum of one-year experience as an Architectural Technician is required
Specific Skills
- assist in the design and execution of all stages of building projects
- work both independently and as a member of a team to develop proficiency in all areas of design development from preliminary concept plans through to completion of Development and Building Permit submission packages
- prepare CAD (computer-aided design) drawings, specifications, and listing of quantities of material from conceptual drawings and instructions
- utilize building codes, bylaws, site and space requirements, and other technical documents and reports
- ensure designs and drawings meet relevant building code and bylaw standards
- coordinate among all parties including clients, consultants, Authorities, and colleagues
- participate in professional development activities as provided by our firm
